Impersonating a fictional model figure is a strategic move in creating appealing commercial fashion-like images within which the clothes serve as a canvas for further intervention. Relying on the assurance of attractiveness that photographs cultivate, I use them to bring attention to the written quotes drawn from interpersonal encounters of intimidation or cornering in a position to justify my decision to pursue life outside of my homeland. 

The plurality of similar experiences spread among current generations of the female population of the diaspora encouraged the start of the awareness-raising journey, with my examples open for further development through other ones.
