The sentence addresses the impossibility of controlling how one is perceived by others. It points to the tension between self-perception and external interpretation.
In the mirrored environment, visitors encounter multiple distorted versions of themselves captured from different angles and distances. Each reflection produces a slightly different image of the same person at the same moment.
